At ADAPT, our mission is to be a leader and catalyst for improving the health and safety of all youth, ages 5-21, in Grafton and Coös counties. We are dedicated to empowering local youth by working closely with organizations, policy makers, and community leaders to cultivate safe, drug-free environments. Our strategic, collaborative approach focuses on reducing alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use while addressing the associated challenges that impact young people in our communities.
